This silver ring is hand sculpted, no casting is involved; it is truly one of a kind art piece. The pattern is impression of tree bark that I find on my life travels and that has a special meaning. It is made for men, with skeleton of sterling silver wire under the fine silver hand sculpted form, to withstand the stress of life.
The expedition was formed: the three of us. Activity: spend the whole afternoon meandering the grounds of Arboretum, looking for interesting growing things. The goal: find something you don’t know anything about.
The outcome was truly amazing, all three found loads of stuff. This particular find is a personal obsession of my partner, who, as a wine enthusiast, wanted to know all about cork.
The ring is in the range of 1/4 “ or 6 mm width, and the one in stock is size 9.5. It can be ordered in any size up to US size 11.5 for this listing. For you that are eco conscious: you can feel good about wearing this ring it is made from recycled silver from old films and computer motherboards!
Each ring comes in a nice little hand made pouch, that I sew myself out of recycled fabric. Gift-wrapping comes separately, and is also made out of recycled materials. No need to feel guilty about it.
All my items are hand made, and as such not perfect, but that is the hidden beauty in all of us.
